YOU DON'T NEED TO REMOVE THE TILE
You read that right! The exterior microcement coating for swimming pools is applied directly on the tile without removing it. It will be enough to sand it so that it has a greater and correct adherence.

Tile
If any piece of tile is not well adhered, it should be removed and filled with low shrinkage mortar. Roughen the surface of the tile with a diamond machine. Do not apply primer of any kind.

Micropool Base
Trowel three coats of Micropool base to completely cover the tile.

Micropool Finishing
Mix color toner in Micropool Finishing and apply two coats. Once dry, it will be sanded with an orbital machine.

Sealer
Once dry, apply a single coat of Maxipur 100 with a short nap roller.
SUITABLE FOR CHLORINE AND SALT
Microcement pools made with Micropool, can be both freshwater and saltwater. Please note that not all microcements on the market are suitable for swimming pools.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Unlike other materials, microcement does not deteriorate over time due to salt or chlorine. In addition, this continuous coating for swimming pools is resistant to UV rays, so you can forget about painting or renewing your tiles year after year!

The sealant is only applied to provide chemical resistance, which is essential against chlorine and salt.
